Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Client Support)
Location: Nairobi

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, assertive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant (Client Support) to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office management, accurate documentation, and efficient support across HR and administrative functions. This position requires someone who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and deliver results under pressure while serving as a professional liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Job

Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain and organize personnel files, contracts, and other confidential documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for management.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and other administrative requirements.
  • Coordinate and supervise routine office and support activities.

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Provide professional communication and liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership with timely updates, documentation, and follow-ups.

Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in administration, office coordination, or HR support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be professional and assertive.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
