Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Client Support)

Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, assertive, and highly organized Administrative Assistant (Client Support) to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office management, accurate documentation, and efficient support across HR and administrative functions. This position requires someone who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality, and deliver results under pressure while serving as a professional liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Job
Administration & Documentation
- Maintain and organize personnel files, contracts, and other confidential documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for management.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise routine office and support activities.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide professional communication and liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership with timely updates, documentation, and follow-ups.
Administrative Assistant Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in administration, office coordination, or HR support roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be professional and assertive.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
